Sharon Ephraim Joins SC as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Chicago, IL - December 27, 2016 - Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC announced today that Sharon Ephraim has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Sharon brings a wealth of experience to SC, including 10 years as Principal at Ares Management and Treasurer and Senior Director at Wrightwood Capital, LLC, a predecessor company. Sharon has directed management relationship with senior lenders, led the primary servicing back-office and treasury management activities and established policies and procedures which enhanced operational effectiveness.
