We focus on companies in the value-added distribution, business services, and consumer products and services sectors typically valued between $20 million to $100 million. We seek to partner with and empower outstanding management teams with a track record of success and a desire to execute on well-defined growth initiatives. Founded in 1998, we have more than 50 years of collective private equity experience, extensive industry contacts and a culture of honesty, integrity and hard work.

We have formed two private equity funds focused on buyout and majority recapitalizations, managing nearly $250 million of total committed capital. Private equity is our only line of business. We are able focus exclusively on the success of our companies.

Collectively, we have more than 50 years of private equity experience and have closed more than 100 transactions. We have completed transactions across a broad range of industrial, consumer, commercial, healthcare, professional services and building products end markets.
