Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Announces Investment in Optronics Products Holdings, Inc.

Chicago, IL – February 10, 2006 – Svoboda, Collins is pleased to announce it has partnered with management to invest in Optronics Products Holdings, Inc. (“Optronics” or the “Company”). This transaction is the first investment for Svoboda, Collins Fund II L.P. Madison Capital Funding L.L.C. provided senior debt and an equity co-invest to complete the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

Based in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Optronics is a leading provider of niche recreational/outdoor, industrial, and vehicular lighting products and accessories to the retail and OEM markets. The Company is a value-added partner to numerous blue-chip retail and OEM customers, evidenced by its strong value proposition and fueled by its multiple product lines and product innovation.
