Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Sells its Stake in Midwest Dental Holding, Inc.
CHICAGO, IL – May 7, 2007 – Midwest Dental Holding Company Inc. (“Midwest Dental”) has successfully completed a recapitalization led by Thoma Cressey Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm with more than 25 years of experience. Midwest Dental is a leading provider of dental practice management services with offices across the Midwest. Svoboda, Collins sold all of its interests to Thoma Cressey Bravo and Midwest Dental management. Dr. Jeff Moos, CEO of Midwest Dental, and a number of members of the Midwest Dental management team are significant investors in the transaction.
