Primos, Inc. Announces Investment in Double Bull Archery, Inc.

Chicago, IL – Novemer 30, 2007 – Primos, Inc. (“Primos”), a subsidiary of OPT Holdings, Inc. (“OPT”), a portfolio company of Svoboda, Collins L.L.C (“SC”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Double Bull Archery, Inc. (“Double Bull”). The transaction is the second add-on acquisition for OPT since SC invested in February 2006. Madison Capital Funding LLC, Golub Capital Incorporated and Emporia Capital Management LLC provided senior debt to complete the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. Announces Major Investment in Cape Electrical Supply

Chicago, IL – Novemer 6 , 2007 – Svoboda, Collins today announced it has partnered with executive management and PNC Mezzanine Capital to invest in Cape Electrical Supply (“Cape” or the “Company”). This transaction is the fifth investment for Svoboda, Collins Fund II L.P. Madison Capital provided a senior debt facility and PNC Mezzanine Capital also provided subordinated debt to complete the transaction.
