OPT Holdings, Inc. Announces Sale of Assets of Optronics Products Company, Inc.

OPT HOLDINGS, INC. ANNOUNCES SALE OF ASSETS OF OPTRONICS PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC.

CHICAGO, IL – May 27, 2009 – OPT Holdings, Inc. (“OPT”) announced today it has successfully sold all of the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optronics Products Company, Inc. (the “Company”) to Optronics International, LLC. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Optronics is a designer and marketer of specialty lights, driving lights and vehicular accessories. These products are sold to a wide range of mass market and specialty retailers and original equipment manufacturers of recreational vehicles, boats and trailers.
