Delmo Electric

CHICAGO, December 30, 2008 – Cape Electrical Supply, LLC (“Cape”), a portfolio company of Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC (“SC”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Delmo Electric, Inc. (“Delmo”). The transaction is the second add-on acquisition for Cape since SC invested in November 2007. Madison Capital Funding LLC provided senior debt to complete the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

Based in Fisk, Missouri and opened in 1978, Delmo specializes in providing electrical utility products for Municipalities, Electrical Cooperatives, and Investor Owned Utility Companies. This marks the second utility related acquisition for Cape in the past six months. In July, the Company acquired Electrical Sales Engineering (“ESE”) in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Post-transaction, Delmo will continue to operate from its Fisk location, and will become a dedicated utility distributor among Cape’s existing branch and distribution network. Delmo President Bill Mosbey will remain active with his numerous utility customers throughout the region.
