Alex R. Miller Departs Svoboda Capital Partners LLC

Chicago, IL – January 4, 2010 – Effective December 31, 2009, Alex Miller has left Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”) to pursue other interests. After nearly ten years with SC, we appreciate Alex’s contributions to the firm and wish him well.  John Svoboda, Andy Albert, Rick Harpster and Jeff Piper will continue to lead the SC investing effort.
